Here's what we're tasting this Saturday:

Fritz Zimmer Riesling Spatlese $15.99
This Riesling Spatlese is a late harvested and hand-picked, elegant and luscious wine with lively acidity, rich body and a lot of fruit. This wine pairs well with Asian dishes.

Don Conde Brut $11.99
This excellent Cava, made from carefully selected Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada variety grapes, was blended and crafted in the Methode Traditionelle to create a sparkling wine with spicy aromas, crisp complex flavors and a clean, pleasant aftertaste.

Araucano Cabernet Sauvignon $12.99
This Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep intense ruby color. Concentrations of intense aromas of black currant with a touch of vanilla emanate. This wine is full and well-rounded on the palate with an attractive minty freshness and a long structured finish. This wine pairs well with many meats including pork filet and lamb, and also goes well with many cheeses.

Thelema Mountain Red $16.99
A South African red blend of 41% Shiraz, 22% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Grenache and 3% Cabernet Franc. This wonderfully delicious wine is accessible and ready to drink now. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, it shows focused cherry and plum flavors with a smooth round finish.
