Heinz Eifel Shine Riesling $10.99
Shine Riesling is slightly sweet, with bright, crisp flavors of green apple, pear and peach. It is best served chilled, and can be enjoyed before a meal or with a spicier Asian cuisine.

Patient Cottat Sauvignon Blanc $14.49
This French Sauvignon Blanc is dry, fresh and sharp with a powerful aroma. The flavor originating from a mixture of wood barrel, currant bushes in buds, table grapes and passion fruits.

Gouguenheim Bonarda Syrah $10.99
Medium to dark ruby coloring shows the mineral side of Syrah, with plenty of plummy fruit and hints of chocolate, violets and spice; with a long and fruit-filled finish.

Man Vintners Pinotage $12.99
This Pinotage is down in a modern style that showcases the best Pinot Noir-like characteristics of Pinotage. Juicy bright fruits, soft tannins and perfumed nose make this a very accessible Pinotage.

Stonehaven Sauvignon Blanc $15.49
Flavors of tropical fruit, limes, grapefruit, freshly cut grass and peppers dominate the nose following through to a zesty lively palate. Best enjoyed on warm summer days with fresh oysters, line fish or just on its own.

Broadbent Vinho Verde Rosè $10.99
An intense aroma, very delicate with notes of red fruits... well-balanced with a soft and slightly fizz finish. This fresh Rosè wine, with a touch of sparkle, originates from the Vinho Verde region in northern Portugal.

Elderton Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon $20.49
90% Shiraz and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. This Australian red blend is medium in body as well as clean and juicy. It has aromas of plum, cherry and cassis. It spent a short stay in older American and French Puncheons.

Ferreira Porto Branco $17.49
Ferreira White has a clear golden color and a very fresh and intense bouquet with hints of flowers and fruit. We recommend drinking Ferreira White chilled with dried fruits, salted hors-d’oeurve and pates.

Brew of the Month

The harvest season for hops is a painfully short window-that precious time when the hops are bursting with intense aromatics. Luckily for us, harvest comes twice a year: once in each hemisphere. 

Southern Hemisphere features fresh New Zealand hops that are picked, dried, and shipped to our brewery within seven days. The result is a complex beer that showcases the floral and herbal flavors and aromas of Southern Cross, Pacifica, and Motueka hops. 

Southern Hemisphere is part of our five-bottle Harvest series which features single hop, fresh hop, wet hop, and wild hop beers.
