Tasting Notes May 2, 2015

Here's what we are pouring this Saturday!

Campus Oaks Chardonnay $12.99

The perfect summer sipping Chardonnay’ Blended from cool Lodi appellation grapes and barrel fermented. This wine is well balanced with forward green apple, butterscotch and toffee aromas, which lead to a smooth mouth filling finish.

Uvaggio Vermentino $13.99

This Vermentino is fresh and supple; lively yet subtle lime, quince and pear aromas; flavors of melon and stone fruits.

Roblar Pinot Noir $11.99

Roblar Pinot Noir is a medium-dry Pinot Noir and has aromas of bright Raspberry, Blueberry & a hint of Vanilla. Flavors of Raspberry and Blueberry are carried in a mouth feel that is very rich and graceful.

Rock & Vine Cabernet Sauvignon $18.49

The fruit was selected from three ranches located in Solano and Mendocino counties and Napa Valley. The Solano County grapes highlight the rich and ripe black fruit flavors, while our Medocino grapes give the wine a nice backbone of acidity and spice component. Finally the Napa Valley grapes provide silky texture and ripe tannins to round out this superbly balanced wine.
