So last weeks tasting was a bust. Let's try this again...

One Hope Sauvignon Blanc $11.49
Stainless steel fermented, our Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color with flavors of pink grapefruit and slight undertones of grass. Its refreshing and bright acidity makes this a memorable pairing with fish, like salmon and halibut, light pasta dishes, and fresh fruits and cheeses.

One Hope Sparkling $11.49
Pop this cork and you’ll find aromas of green apple, nectarine and warm baked bread. Crisp, sweet berries and pear linger on the palate, finishing with refreshing bubbles.

One Hope Cabernet Sauvignon $11.49
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color, with aromas of lush dark fruit like black cherry and cassis and a hint of tobacco. Aged in American and French oak, layers of spice are enveloped in soft tannins, making it a memorable pairing with roasted prime rib or porterhouse steak.

One Hope Zinfandel $14.49
Our Zinfandel is deep red in color with loads of juicy dark fruit flavors of plum and black cherry, with hints of pepper and spice on the finish. This wine is versatile and fun to try with a wide range of dishes such as pizza, barbeque and lamb.

Kermit Lynch Ermitage du Pic Saint Loup $19.99
Because of its complex climate and soil this Ermitage makes for a wonderful experience. Though the summers are typically very dry, cool nights and winter rainfall allow for long ripening of the grapes and sufficient water supply. All of these special elements of their philosophy and methodology translate into wines with a purity of fruit, extraordinary delineation of layers, and a distinct sense of place.

Saint Cosme Cotes Du Rhone $18.99
You will be able to taste a white full of mineral. The aromas are expressive but refined. This wine flies. Hints of mango, papaya, marshmallow, box tree.

Leone de Castris Salice Salentino Riserva $8.99
Made with 90% Negroamaro and 10% Malvasia Nera, this wine is ruby red with garnet reflections, aromas of blackberry, black cherry and subtle notes of basil with sweet spices. On the palate it is full bodied with concentrated fruit complimented by well-integrated firm tannins creating this well balanced and elegant wine.

Barnard Griffin Syrah Port $17.49
Aromatically exciting and fragrant. The palate is luscious, with a beautiful expression of cherry, orange, dark chocolate and rock candy flavors backed by a twinge of sweet spice on the finish. Shows impressive structure with plenty of elegance.

Avancia Cuvee De O $18.99
The glistening clusters of Godello produce an elegant dry wine with hints of ripe pears, refreshing citrus and a bracing minerality.

Hugo Gruner Veltliner $13.99
Delicate fresh green apple fruity aromas; displaying flavors of lemon; lime and peaches; solid fruit core; rich in finesse; with a beautiful length and mineral tones.

El Enemigo Cabernet Franc $16.99
The winemaking is traditional Mendoza style. Alejandro brought old 100-year-old Alsatian foudres (barrels) from Italy and had them re-toasted and reassembled in Mendoza. The gentleness of this wood brings out the true character of cool climate cabernet franc. The grapes are sourced from Gualtallary, limestone soils, round rocks and extreme high altitude - ideal for making a wine of elegance and age ability.

Noble House Red $13.99
Low in tannins, fruit driven and chilled; a perfect warm weather red that pairs great with any food that your would pair with Pinot Noir; wonderful cherry notes.
